Lovely staff, rooms needs serious updating
The staff was absolutely lovely - they assisted me with any issue I had to the best of their abilities. The extra ammenities like pool and beauty salon were great. The breakfast was according to my taste.
The rooms need serious updating. The bed was really hard and the wallpaper was getting dirty and flaky. The room had this really musky smell, like it wasn't aired out properly even thought I had the window open the whole time. I even found that a hanger was getting moldy, but the staff replaced it right away.

The staff is really nice and kind, it makes you feel really welcome. The hotel has very beautiful garden and the lobby is also quite amazing. The restaurant has pretty tasty food although it’s a bit pricy. The location is also pretty close to the town where you can explore different shops.
The rooms are clean but need a bit of renovation in my opinion.

Bad
This hotel does not measure to international standard. It’s a scam that they have 4 stars. The interior was outdated, it was like entering a time capsule. The lobby, restaurant and the first floor was deteriorated. The furniture, interior of the elevator, walls etc was worn out and looked really bad(scratches, discolouring etc.). The food in the restaurant was also bad, more similar to fast food. The pool area on the outside was as well outdated and worn out. The white floor was discoloured, almost black. Our room and the floor we lived on was renovated. But the balcony was discoloured with rust and looked horrible. The view from the balcony also is not what they show, if you look down its a backstreet with fences. They said at arrival that they have an inside pool area includes in the stay. But they require us to pay 550yen/person to enter. They advertise about a beach that is ca 15min walking distance, that did not look like their pictures.
